What exactly is a building?
A building is the object you manage in Franklin, and it is the unit we bill. Where a site holds several buildings, or one object spans several addresses, we agree how it is set up with you before you start. A building belongs to one organisation at a time and can be handed over if the owner or the manager changes.
How many users can we have?
As many as you like. Everyone in your organisation, plus every external guest you invite. We charge for buildings, not for people.
Who controls the data?
Your organisation decides who has access to a building and what happens to it in Franklin, not us and not whoever uploaded the file. Rights in the documents and models themselves stay wherever your own contracts put them.
